About the Role
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Including Boarding Duties,
Benefits: Accommodation Provided, On-Site Parking, Wellness Programme, Company Pension, Life Assurance (3x Annual Salary), Meals Provided
Start Date: £13,000 and Accommodation Provided.
The Residential Graduate Assistant will support all aspects of Boarding life at Lucton School as well as other various departments such as sport, performing arts, after-school clubs, outdoor learning and trips. Whilst gaining experience of a Boarding School environment and providing positive educational and pastoral experiences for the students, the Residential Graduate Assistant will remain committed to the ethos and aims of the school.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent organisational skills;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task across all aspects of school life;
- The ability to listen and communicate at all levels (pupils, parents, staff) offering excellent customer service skills, initiative, and commitment.
