Head of Senior School
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Senior School to join Lucton School, which is set in beautiful grounds in rural Herefordshire and is currently in an exciting phase of its 300+ year history under new management.
The Head of Senior School is responsible for the academic progress and pastoral welfare of all students within Years 6-11. They will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will report directly to the Head, working together to develop and carry out a strategic vision for the phase that aligns with the whole school vision and values. They will be responsible for ensuring that students in Years 6-11 make excellent progress academically, as well as taking on the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensuring that students receive the highest quality of pastoral care.

The Head of ICT will teach ICT (and/or Computing) and lead the department.

Residential Graduate Assistants
(Academic/Sports/Music/Drama)
We have an exciting opportunity for new Residential Graduate Assistants to join Lucton School, which is set in beautiful grounds in rural Herefordshire and is currently in an exciting phase of its 300+ year history under new management.
You will support the academic, sport, music or drama departments throughout the school (Prep School to Sixth Form), as well as working within the boarding houses with students from 7 to 18 years old. You will also help out with lifeguarding in the school swimming pool, which training will be provided for.
This is an excellent opportunity to see what life in a boarding school environment is like and to contribute to a school that is currently in an exciting stage of its development.

As this position requires you to drive the school bus, it is important you hold a Full and Clean UK Drivers Licence with D1 entitlement. We are also looking for someone who:
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays, 6.30am/7:00am – 8.30am/9:00am and 3.30pm-5.30pm
