The Friends of Lucton School is a fundraising group set up to raise additional funds for the school. Last year the Friends funded mobile staging at the Prep School, a pirate ship for the nursery area and books for the senior library and, in the past, raised an impressive £50,000 towards the cost of the fantastic Prince Edward Swimming Pool, and a similar amount towards the sports hall refurbishment. We always welcome requests for funding from the staff and pupils, whether it’s for small items or larger projects.
Membership
Every parent and every member of staff is automatically made a member of the Friends of Lucton School. Membership is also open to Old Luctonians and neighbours of the school.
