Like most independent schools, Lucton is inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate on behalf of Ofsted and the Department for Education.

In the latest Full School inspection, Lucton School was found to be fully compliant. In EYFS, no less than ‘Good’ in any category and ‘Outstanding’ in the personal development, behaviour and welfare of children. In the EQI, both judgements were ‘Good’.

Boarding inspections

Boarding at Lucton School has a long history of Excellent and Outstanding judgements and has often been praised for the quality of ‘Equality and Diversity’ within the boarding houses.
