We have previously offered parents website access to the Parent Portal for SchoolBase Online®, a web-based system with ‘portals’ to enable parents access to selected data from the SchoolBase® school management database used at Lucton. We are delighted to announce that we have extended this facility to an App that can be downloaded on iOS or Android. This new mobile App gives parents access to their child’s information including yearly and termly attendance as well as their live timetable. Parents can also view documents, see the school calendar and check the online notice board.
In addition to these new features, by following the link named SchoolBase Online, users will benefit further from functions including updating personal details, booking parents’ evening slots and viewing their child’s exam timetable.
Head of Admissions, Kari Quant said “We hope that by giving parents access to the App can simplify the process of updating contact details and submitting annual consents, as well as offer an additional way to communicate with them.”
